Cancelation & Refund Policy

Policies as follows:
- Less than 48 hour notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. New clients will require a credit card for booking. Due to the amount of last minute cancellations & no show appointments for new clients we reserve the right to charge you.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. After 1 no show, we reserve the right to not reschedule any services for the pertaining guest for the future with Simply Flawless. You will be dismissed from our salon. Certain circumstances are out of our control and we will discuss anything with you privately.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that appointments be confirmed 48 hours in via our automated system because (Vagaro; Will send you emails & Texts, with your consent) we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please respect our stylists time. Please update your contact information regularly. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email of your schedule appointment, there is a good possibility that we do not have the correct information for you. Please contact us during normal business hours to update. Or feel free to make a guest profile on the vagaro app (In play store) to have complete control of your information, message your stylist, & make future appointments.

We do not issue refunds on any aspects of the salon &/educational classes. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service or training you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service/class.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, we require that you return to the salon within a certain time-frame so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling your service with the stylist who performed the initial service or we can discuss another stylist who is of better fit. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only if contacted within two days (48 hours) of the initial service. If it's surpassed 8 days since the performed service, it is considered compromised from exposure to either - hard water, minerals, chemicals, but not limited to, that completely alters the hair from its form from departing your service. Thus making it hard to determine the issue clearly.
We reserve the right to decline services to anyone if we feel we are not the correct fit or if a medical professionals signature is needed to perform a service. Please remember that our artists are trained to do a service correctly & efficiently. Recommendations can be given, as well.
Our staff is combined of Independent Contractors & Commission-based Stylists. Each contractor reserves the right to charge or increase their prices, as they see fit. We do our best to notify each guest prior to doing so.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what changes happen.
